We have multiple shifts available, our Service and Parts Departments are open 6 AM to Midnight. Sales is open 7 days a week.
Below is a glimpse at some of the things you can do here at Fair Oaks. Not all positions may be available at this time.
Sales Lot Porter
Arrange vehicle displays, move inventory from different storage lots, fill vehicles with gas, check condition of inventory and assist in keeping in top shape. Assist Sales Manager and Sales Consultants in selling vehicles and keeping showroom, lot and inventory presentable and clean.
Service Lot Porter
Assist in the Service Lane with customers. Greet customer in service lane and park customer vehicles after check in is complete. Assist in keeping the service lane and shop clean. Drive customers in the shuttle van.
Service Technician/ Apprentice Technician Program
Address customer's vehicle concerns and perform repairs and scheduled maintenance. Vehicles are complicated now and involve several computer systems at work as well as the mechanical parts. We offer a training program and apprentice program for new technicians. We also have FCA Certification programs for technicians coming from other makes. Training is important to us and we take full advantage of the manufacturers program and encourage/demand all technicians to continually increase their skill level, therefore increasing their compensation potential. Fixing the vehicle right the first time is top priority.

Service Advisor
A Service Advisor is the liaison between the customer and the technician. The Advisor listens to the customer for what is needed for their vehicle. They recommend services based on the manufacturers service schedule and write up all information needed for the technician to accurately repair and/or maintain the vehicle. They provide updates to the customer and prepare the bill for the service work performed. Customer satisfaction is the top priority of the Service Advisor.
Sales Consultant
Take the customer through the car buying process and provide the highest level of service for our customers.
A Sales Consultant starts with greeting the customer and listening to their vehicle wants and needs. Using this information the Sales Consultant shows the customer vehicles and explains the various models and options available. Other aspects of the sales process include customer test drives, trade in appraisals, negotiation and finance.
At Fair Oaks our Sales Consultants sell both New and Used Vehicles. Product knowledge is important to the success of a Sales Consultant. We provide sales training for employees with no experience. A good candidate is highly motivated and a confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base. Great follow up skills, time management, and attention to detail are valuable attributes for a Sales Consultant.

Business Development Center/ Internet Sales
Communicate with customers after they have submitted online inquiries regarding purchasing a vehicle. Respond by email and phone effectively and timely. Complete as much of the sales process online as possible and schedule appointments for test drives and/or completing the sales transaction. Be prepared for customer arrival at dealership.
Product knowledge is important to the success of Internet Sales personnel. We provide sales training for employees with no experience. A good candidate is highly motivated and a confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base. Great follow up skills, time management, and attention to detail are valuable attributes for a Sales Consultant.
Customer Relations Specialist
Facilitate the final steps of the sales process and beyond.
Service Appointment Coordinator
Take incoming calls from Service Customers to set up appointments for their maintenance and repair needs. Find convenient times for the customer to come in and update the appointment system so that the shop is properly loaded and available to complete the work needed. Confirming and rescheduling appointments. Answer phones in a timely and effective manner.

Service Lane Assistant
Assist Service Advisors with anything related to improving customer service. This may include greeting customers and writing up service tickets to moving cars and making follow up calls. This is a great position to get an introduction to the Service Department and can set a great foundation for a future Service Advisor.
Warranty Administrator
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the submission, collection and correction of warranty claims. The Warranty Administrator will work to obtain the maximum amount of credit permitted within factory and manufacturer guidelines. Maintains accurate records of claim submissions and maintains receivables schedule. The ideal candidate has automotive warranty experience and is familiar with automotive DMS systems. This position requires working closely with our team of technicians, service advisors and supervisors. Must have an eye for detail, organized and ability to multi-task.
Parts Advisor
Ascertain the type of part needed or assists the customer or mechanic in determining the correct part for the job at hand. Use of computer or catalog to obtain replacement part stock number, determines availability of part, fills order from stock or orders part if necessary. Part is added to customer bill or service repair order. Provide excellent and accurate service to all customers and vendors.
Maintain and order parts inventory by using systems already in place. Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking, and shipping.
The best candidate is a team player with strong organizational and communication skills with an understanding of automotive components and systems.Â
Cashier/Receptionist
This position is the heartbeat of the dealership. At Fair Oaks we believe a customer wants to speak to a person not a computer. Our phones are answered by the receptionist and we then direct the calls to the proper person and do our best to make sure the call is answered by a live individual. The Receptionist is also the cashier, collecting money for service and parts tickets, as well as processing down payments.
Several shifts are available. We have both full time and part time Cashiers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is excellent at multi-tasking and understands that customer satisfaction is the most important role of this position.
Executive Office Assistant
Assists the dealership executives with various duties and projects. Travel arrangements, accounting and financial duties, calendar facilitation, maintain files and documentation. Administrator on computer and phone systems. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent organization skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and a great communicator. Sensitivity to confidential matters are required

Other Dealership Positions at the dealership. These positions are usually promoted from within but, from time to time we may hire from the outside. These positions would require specific automotive experience for 2-5 years minimum.
